Globalization detects significant changes of modern man’s consciousness. Individual, subject, personality, characteristics and basic activities such as work, cognition and communication are transformed. The education form in modern transformation (levels, content, organization, etc.) can be adequately globalized to transformations of the individual if the aims of transformation participants are detected and coordinated.

The important role belongs to the teaching practice within the new tow-tier system of education. Teaching practice for students of the department «Mathematics» and «Informatics» at the department of mathematics, physics and computer science in Samara State Academy of Social Sciences and Humanities is considered as a practical computer-oriented workshop.

Article focuses on the most pressing problem for speech therapy: the formation of speech in children with systemic speech deficiency. In the article the system work on the formation mechanism of language in children with alalia through modeling communicative situations.

The paper highlights the main principles on which the education system is implemented in the educational space "Technical College Cadet Corps." Principles as regulators set a vector flow of the educational process, co-operative nature of the teacher and the student, and the strategy of its educational activities. Characterized by each of the identified principles.

In the paper the semantic field of falsehood is viewed as part of larger functional-semantic field of truth. The author considers that the feature “false reflection of reality” is common to all constituents of the field in question. Having analysed the notion of falsehood specifically reflected in the English language discourse, the author comes to the conclusion that the nature of the phenomenon can only be fully understood and described if both semantic and pragmatic factors are taken into account. The article emphasizes the interrelation of semantic and pragmatic parameters, as well as proper linguistic and extra-linguistic factors, in the appreciation of the constituent elements of the field of falsehood, which are very rich in their structure and meaning. It becomes increasingly important that context is carefully analysed so that a researcher can succeed in revealing new constituents of the field under investigation.

The article deals with idiomatic words regarded as kinds of idioms, alongside with idiomatic set phrases and idiomatic sentences. Structural peculiarities of lexical idioms are demonstrated. A wide interpretation of the notion of idiom is offered.

Among the many factors that determine the possibility of training in the use of information and communication technologies (ICT), the most important is the availability of electronic means for educational purposes (EMEP). The number of such EMEP includes specially created computer programs for the purpose of teaching, a variety of application software, encyclopedias, help programs and other programs that can effectively be used in educational purposes. Complex application of such materials creates integrated computer language learning environment. Application of EMEP for learning a foreign language allows to personalize and differentiate the learning process; expand opportunity of feedback, control and diagnostics, to exercise self-control and self-correction, and to improve visibility, to simulate the real processes, increase motivation training, etc.
