The changes taking place in our country, including in the education system, forcing a new look at the problem of the sociology of education. One of the main problems is the development of a new theoretical conceptual organization and management model. This article is devoted to the study of some of the current issues of the process of management and financing of the education system of Azerbaijan.

Development of the sciences, including the humanities, is in the traditional philosophical understanding of themselves and the world, which are the prerogative of philosophy and religion. Philosophy as a science has always contributed to the consolidation around the whole complex of the humanities and social sciences. In modern science, this process has a number of features that can be shown in the form of certain trends.
