Abstract
The history of the development of scientific, technological and cultural relations between the city of Sumgait, not only with the former Soviet republics, but also from many countries over the world rich enough. The causes are diverse bilateral cooperation, the impact of economic and cultural impact of these relationships on the history of the city are significant.
