This article analyzes the concept of socio-professional and socio-technological competence of teachers exercising their professional teaching career in today's information-educational environment. The professional competence of the teacher is defined as the unity of its technological and social competence. Specificity of the professional competence of the teacher in today's information-educational environment is determined by: global information society and the level of use of ICT in everyday professional and educational activities. Thus, the modern information-educational environment is the factor that determines the specific socio-professional, social and technological competence of the modern teacher.

On the basis of the analysis of the concept of autonomy in pedagogical literature formulated requirements for the organization of the process of formation of students' cognitive independence, future teachers with the help of information and communication technologies.

This paper presents the content of the program of discipline "Technologies for e-learning." The introduction of this subject in the curriculum of Master Teacher Education Program "Information Technologies in Education" addresses the problem of insufficient training of bachelors, students in teacher training college in the direction of "Teacher Education" (profile "Information") are perfectly own the means of ICT can use them in their subject area, but have difficulty in organizing training using distance learning technologies.
