The article deals with the matters of political development of England of the early Restoration. The place and the role of the Parliament in the system of governance are displayed. The issues of foreign policy development of the country are analyzed. Lord Chancellor Earl of Clarendon is also portrayed as one of the significant people for that period.

В статье разбираются вопросы политического развития Англии эпохи ранней Реставрации. Показаны место и роль парламента в системе управления государством. Проанализированы проблемы развития внешней политики королевства. Показана значимость лорд-канцлера графа Кларендона.
